The Blue Mill Group maintains an in-house hardware/software R&D capability with substantial experience managing initial production of products to support customer trials and early market introductions. These capabilities are augmented with independent experts and firms from the external development community, or from the client's existing resources, as required by a specific project. Regardless of the structure of the project team, the Blue Mill Group typically assumes full program management responsibility for meeting the objectives defined with the client.
