The Blue Mill Group can undertake complete development and limited production of a product or service (hardware and/or software) on behalf of a client. Once developed, the Blue Mill Group can transfer responsibility for the product design to the client's internal R&D/development organziation or business unit or continue to provide ongoing support as needed.
